- Steve has trained many horses using 'Natural Horsemanship techniques. He was the apprentice of an awesome 'Natural horseman' named D.E.Wright "Dew." Steve has completed the internship with Dew. He has been training horses (and their owners!) on his own now, for 3 years. He is the most gifted, most 'natural' horseman I've ever seen. Natural Horsemanship is a new name for an old horse training technique. An art originally used by the 'Vaqueros' and American Indians. The skill was relearned and brought back to the U.S by Bill and Tom Dorrance. It is still being used and the art is very much alive in the west today.
